Good News for Renters: Prices are Dropping in Major Canadian Cities!
Discover how new trends in Canada’s rental market can benefit you as a newcomer!
Read moreHey there, future Nova Scotians! If you're thinking about applying to the Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP), we have some important news to share regarding your application process.
Starting July 1, 2024, any NSNP 100 form submitted with the contact information of a representative (paid or unpaid) instead of the applicant’s will be denied right at intake. That means your application won't get through!
This change is aimed at keeping everything in check and ensuring that the Immigration and Population Growth (IPG) Branch can effectively monitor compliance with the program's requirements.
Now, if you're working with a representative (yay for support!), make sure they fill out the NSNP 50 form properly to provide their contact details. And here's a key point: all applications submitted by representatives must go through their portal account after July 1, 2024. No exceptions!
So, to recap, always use your contact info on the NSNP 100 form and ensure your representative follows the new guidelines. This is your chance to navigate the process smoothly!
